Payout Policy
Minimum & method
- Minimum withdrawal: 2000 T-Coin ($20 USD).
- Payout method: PayPal only (V1). Wise, gift cards, and additional rails are on the V1.x roadmap.
- You must add a verified PayPal email under /settings/profile before requesting a withdrawal.
Eligibility
- Account must be at least 14 days old (21 days for first-ever withdrawal).
- You must have at least 1 Completed App (level ≥ B) and approved daily tasks.
- Cooldown between withdrawals: 7 days, capped at $50 within a rolling 7-day window.
Review SLA
Every withdrawal is reviewed by a human within 3-5 business days. We do not auto-approve any withdrawal, regardless of size — even small payouts are reviewed for anti-fraud.
Restricted regions
We do not pay out to residents of CN, RU, IR, KP, CU, or SY. Other OFAC grey-zone regions may require additional KYC (proof of identity + statement of source of funds) before payout.
Anti-fraud holds
We may temporarily hold a withdrawal if any of the following triggers fire: device fingerprint cluster with a banned account, mismatched PayPal email country, high risk score (≥ 60), or duplicate screenshots across testers. Held withdrawals are released or refunded with reasoning via email.
Fees
- TestHive does not charge a withdrawal fee.
- PayPal's standard recipient fees apply and are borne by the Tester.
US tax reporting
US Testers whose cumulative annual payouts reach or exceed $600 will receive a Form 1099-NEC. International Testers may be asked to complete a W-8BEN at the same threshold.
Disputes
If you believe a withdrawal was wrongly held or rejected, file an appeal at /account/appeal within 30 days of the decision email. Appeals are reviewed within 7 days. Contact: testhive@elolin.com.
