- Are the testers real people?
- Yes. We verify each tester before they can take a paid job, and we keep checking for duplicate accounts and suspicious behavior throughout the test. Reports flagged as suspicious are paid out only after manual review. Read full guide →
- When do testers get paid?
- Approved daily check-ins are credited to a pending balance right away. Once you confirm the test is complete, the pending balance becomes withdrawable. Withdrawals to PayPal are reviewed by a human within 3–5 business days. Read full guide →
- What if my app doesn't ship at the end?
- You have 30 days after the test ends to confirm. If you don't confirm in time, testers still get most of what they earned, but a portion of the bonus is returned to you. We never want you to feel pressured to ship something half-baked. Read full guide →
- Can I trust the final report?
- Every report is cryptographically signed. Anyone with the share link can verify the report hasn't been tampered with — useful for investors, partners, and grant applications. Read full guide →
- How do studios work?
- Form a real team and take group jobs together. The owner sees aggregate performance to manage the team, but never sees individual feedback content. Rewards split automatically based on what each member contributed. Read full guide →
- What payment methods are supported?

- You can export everything we hold about you, or delete your account, at any time from your privacy settings. We confirm within 72 hours and finish within 30 days.
