Elolin Unified Account · Sharing & Isolation

TestHive, KinMate and all other Elolin apps share a single account system. This page explains what is shared across apps and what stays isolated.

Shared across apps (platform identity)

The following belong to your unified sign-in identity · shared across all Elolin apps:

  • Email address (same email = same account in every Elolin app)
  • Password & credentials (change once, applies everywhere)
  • Google / Apple third-party login bindings
  • Email confirmation, multi-factor (MFA), phone number
  • Elolin platform-level bans (severe violations ban you everywhere)

Fully isolated (per-app)

The following is stored independently per app · never shared:

  • Display name / avatar / profile (renaming on TestHive doesn't affect KinMate)
  • Business data (TestHive's wallet / Karma / T-Coin / testing tasks · KinMate's health vault / family sharing / reports · etc)
  • App-level roles (TestHive super_admin and KinMate roles are independent)
  • App-level frozen/banned status (TestHive freeze doesn't lock you out of KinMate)

Why design it this way?

The unified identity gives you SSO ergonomics · sign up once, use everywhere. The strict business-data isolation means TestHive can't see your KinMate health vault, and KinMate can't see your TestHive wallet. Each app maintains its own privacy policy and terms.

Your control

You can delete just one app's account (clears that app's business data only · unified identity remains) · or close the entire Elolin account (deletes business data across all apps). See each app's «Settings → Privacy → Delete account».
